Thought it was overpriced with beds that are overused.

good price for the offered quality, cleanliness

No fridge in roon, ice and icecup were available though.

Friendly, convenient, and a great neighborhood feel. Not like a crowded tourist destination.

it just felt old and shabby. i reserved a studio but it did not show that when we arrived at the hotel but it showed the price of a studio....???? how does that happen?

it has a good service and their breakfast is perfect with pastries, cookies.

its proximity to the Presidio, Marina district, Palace of fine arts and access to the Golden Gate bridge and Marin. The location is perfect for us as we are more interested in the the Presidio area and Golden Gate park rather than downtown. We had a room with a great city view and early morning sun. Very nice and bright.

No complaints about the hotel. It was very clean and a friendly staff.

Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at this boutique hotel and appreciated the helpful staff, especially Henry, who went out of his way for my family during a tough time. The coffee, pastries, and room cleanliness were standout features, though there was some noise from the street that could be bothersome.

Clean, good breakfast, parking situation easy to use. Tanya at the front desk gave wonderful restaurant recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the area.

The Hotel is located in a very good (and safe) area, but quite a distance away from the city center. Fortunately there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We liked the stylish large and extremely clean room.

Altough our room was on the top floor, it was fairly noisy especially during the morning rush hour, because the windows had only single glazing. We also missed a refrigerator and a safe in the room.

I loved that my room had a fine view and was super clean. It was great to have cozy spots to relax and a lovely pool to chill by. The only minor hiccup was a bit of noise from the AC, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The staff at the Laurel Inn are exceptional. They greeted us generously and made certain we were enjoying our stay. Access to our car very convenient.
